QUESTIONS

  • I have around 15 years experience and have a background in wedding venue management. I’ve helped coordinate around 200 weddings in this time and have collected 2 awards in recent years for my outstanding service.

  • I love travelling so no location is too far! Yes, I’ll even travel abroad and am currently working with an intimate venue in Puglia, Italy.

  • I love love and want to help as many couples as I can to have their dream day but you only need to look at my website or Instagram page to see the types of weddings I do. As long as we connect in our meetings and you feel comfortable with me, I’m all yours!

  • I am very aware of my limits which is why I only take on a limited amount of weddings each year. This allows me to ensure each couple I work with, has my undivided attention and passion. I am extremely driven to ensure you are taken care of and feel valued, not just another number!

  • Yes and no. I run my business alone however I work with a number of highly experienced coordinators and planners so should your day require an assistant, I will only recruit a skilled team to work with me, all of which I have worked with and vetted personally.

  • Absolutely! I have worked with a number of couples who live overseas and require someone UK based who can take the reins and handle all communication and sourcing at ground level. It’s extremely reassuring to have a professional based locally to your venue to sort out your plans. I am also flexible with meeting times as I’m aware of the time differences and the issues this can bring.

  • Working a minimum of 10 hours with only a small break, it is greatly appreciated to receive a hot meal and soft drink, often it’s the only meal I will have that day and a soggy warm sandwich in the car just doesn’t boost my energy levels.

  • If you are hiring me for on the day coordination then it is irrelevant. For full plans, I am most comfortable dealing with budgets from £60,000 upwards but let’s chat in the first instance as I have a lot of contacts in the industry or varying costs.

  • Absolutely. I have public liability, public indemnity and also employers liability insurance. I want to make sure you are in safe hands.

  • Great question and touch wood, I have never been unable to run a wedding day but should that be the case, I work with a large number of highly skilled and experience planners, one of which will be able to step in on the day. I also work with freelance assistants who solely work helping other planners, not running their own weddings.

  • I don’t care what anyone says… all weddings are different! When you work with me, I break down what’s important to you and really focus on where we allocate the most time to, whether that’s 121 time with each other, a longer cocktail hour or space for an intimate last dance at the end of the night. Your wedding timeline is as unique as your wedding.
